Training Manager
Shoshone Bannock Hotel & Event Center
Ovations Food Services, an affiliate of Comcast-Spectacor, is seeking a highly qualified hospitality professional who shares our commitment to excellence and passion for driving the success of this exceptional property! The Training Manager will be a key member of the management team responsible for a successful hotel opening. This position will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and delivering effective training to all part-time and full-time front-of-house and back-of-house staff at the hotel and event center. The Training Manager will develop, source and present positive and effective training programs on a variety of operational, compliance and human resources topics. This position will work closely with the Director of Human Resources to identify the training needs of each department and provide clear direction to all employees on workplace expectations.
