The Role:

Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit a Trainee Search Engine Consultant, SEO Executive, Online Marketing Specialist.

This is a varied role and you will work as part of a proven successful SEO team for retail clients across the UK.

Key responsibilities include delivering high quality and successful Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Google AdWords and other online services to our clients who have purchased one of our services.

Deliver the agreed SEO/Marketing service:

 

> Manage own time to deliver the SEO/Online Marketing service to each and every customer according to the agreed schedule or contract.

> Take part in the initial SEO/Online Marketing consultation, usually by telephone occasionally in a meeting on or off site.

> Suggest key phrases which are possible to optimise within the customers budget. It is essential that correct tools are used to ensure the suggested phrases have enough traffic to achieve the customer's objectives.

> Take responsibility of planning and managing the delivery of each individual SEO/Online Marketing service on time.

> Provide regular reports (typically monthly) to each SEO/Online Marketing customer indicating work done to date against plan and the impact in terms of listing position in the major search engines.

> Be proactive in recommending a new direction for a customer if their existing service is not performing for them.

> Where required communicate with customers about their SEO services, by email, telephone and in meetings.

Continually develop and enhance the SEO/Online Marketing service:

 

> Continually look for ways in which the SEO/Online Marketing service can be; a) streamlined, b) made more successful in terms of achieving higher listings. This will include finding new efficient ways to generate quality incoming links, as well as other areas of SEO/Online Marketing. Agree any changes with line manager before updating the SEO delivery plan so that all future SEO/Online Marketing services will include the new activity.

> Find and evaluate new tools that will help improve the delivery of our SEO/Online Marketing service. Where a tool needs to be paid for, present a case to the line manager to justify the projected expenditure.

Who We Are Looking For?

We are looking for a keen, bright individual with some exposure to HTML / CSS preferably in easy commuting distance to Newbury, Berkshire. You should have an outgoing telephone manner as you will be required to speak regularly to clients. Applicants with a marketing stance will be favoured - we are looking for applicants who can add extra value to the department in the area of marketing, bringing new and fresh ideas.

Full training will be given on an ongoing basis, however we are looking for someone who can start immediately, preferably with some knowledge of online marketing, social media and organic search engine optimisation.

Applicants will be working towards full Online Marketing / SEO consultant status, we wish to find applicants who are dedicated to a career in this area.
