Description
The Slot Relief Shift Manager for our casino provides high level of guest service and assists the Slot Shift Manager with supervising slot floor operations during an assigned shift. Is responsible for slot floor operations in the absence of the Slot Shift Manager.
- Verifies time and attendance reports
- Ensures that subordinates are adhering to policies and procedures
- Oversees and participates in the processing of slot related financial transactions
- Issues disciplinary action as necessary
- Modifies schedules as needed
- Responsible for slot floor operations in the absence of the Slot Shift Manager
- Adheres to gaming regulations
- Supervises the Lead Slot Attendants and Slot Attendants
