OVERVIEW:Must be flexible, committed and live in the New London-Norwich CT area to respond to Mega Jackpots at Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos. This is a 24/7 ON-CALL PART-TIME position, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, (Stipend and Hourly) with IGT (International Game Technology), the leading slot and video gaming systems manufacturer in the gaming industry. RESPONSIBILITIES:This position includes traveling to the gaming location and documenting the jackpot event, and issuing the initial payment to the winner. Assists with the local promotion of valid jackpots. Greet player and works with player to begin completing necessary documentation; accompanies player during jackpot verification process. During on call periods, the representative must remain within the assigned jackpot response area and be available for jackpot notifications. Must communicate with Casino Manager and gaming regulators, assisting with the promotion of valid primary jackpots and explaining to the winner the jackpot verification and payment process.
