Ovations Food Services, an affiliate of Comcast-Spectacor, is seeking a highly qualified hospitality professional who shares our commitment to excellence and passion for driving the success of this exceptional property! The Food & Beverage Operations Manager will be a key member of the management team responsible for a successful hotel opening. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Hotel & Event Center foodservice including strategic event planning, budgeting, staffing, quality control, event execution, service delivery, culinary processes, and people management. This critical leadership role requires comprehensive working knowledge of people, processes and profitability metrics that define successful outcomes in a hotel and event center environment. Incumbent must effectively integrate best practices in guest service delivery, with exceptional staff management and culinary processes.
