Executive Chef
Shoshone Bannock Hotel & Event Center
Ovations Food Services, an affiliate of Comcast-Spectacor, is seeking a highly qualified hospitality professional who shares our commitment to excellence and passion for driving the success of this exceptional property! The Executive Chef will be a key member of the executive management team responsible for a successful hotel opening and will be responsible for overall kitchen operations, including food and labor cost controls.
The ideal candidate should significant kitchen management experience in a high volume hotel catering, convention center, or casino environment or public entertainment venue. The Executive Chef will manage the day-to-day operations of the culinary department including hiring, on-boarding, training and development, menu development, quality control, food cost control, labor cost control, inventory rotation, purchasing, waste control and food storage. The Executive Chef is responsible for ensuring that the purchasing and preparation of all food products meet Ovations’ standards of quality and consistency and will be have oversight of the development of menus, ensuring quality, consistency and style of concept are maintained.
