Ovations Food Services, an affiliate of Comcast-Spectacor, is seeking a highly qualified hospitality professional who shares our commitment to excellence and passion for driving the success of this exceptional property! The Director of Sales will be a key member of the management team responsible for a successful hotel opening. This position is responsible for growing the property’s visibility and reputation within the local community and beyond by leading an effective sales and marketing department. The Director of Sales will direct and manage the sales and marketing staff in successfully selling blocks of guestrooms, meeting space and other ancillary hotel services to customer groups. The business generated by the hotel sales team contributes directly to the hotel's bottom line and is a vital component of hotel profitability. This position will be responsible for new group / business development to include market researching, determining sales targets, prospects and leads, and independently planning and executing an effective marketing strategy.
