Chief Engineer

Ovations Food Services, an affiliate of Comcast-Spectacor, is seeking a highly qualified professional who shares our commitment to excellence and passion for driving the success of this exceptional property!   The Chief Engineer will be a key member of the management team responsible for a successful hotel opening.  This position will be responsible for overseeing the facility and will direct and manage the engineering and facility / plant / maintenance staff, as well as contracted services such as IT, HVAC etc.  The Chief Engineer will oversee the development and implementation of maintenance programs and schedules and will develop and issue all facilities RFP’s / RFQ/s for required contracted services.  This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Workplace Safety Program and will maintain required records and permits as well as knowledge of changes in pertinent Federal, State and local regulations.
